The following terms and conditions apply to SMS text messages sent by G. DeWayne McAnally, LLC. These messages can be recurring or one-time. DeWayne McAnally will primarily consist of appointment reminders, however we will also reply to SMS text messages that we receive. By enrolling in SMS text messaging, you are giving G. DeWayne McAnally your prior express consent to contact you at the enrolled mobile phone number. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carriers to you. Mobile numbers will not be shared outside of the SMS program that users have opted into. We will at no time send confidential identifying information through SMS text messages. SMS text messages are not secure and could be intercepted by a third party. For your protection, avoid sending confidential identifying information, such as account and social security numbers. Further, do not send time-sensitive, action-oriented messages, such as transaction orders, fund transfer instructions, or check stop payments, as it is our policy not to accept such items electronically. All SMS messages sent to or from G. DeWayne McAnally will be archived and are subject to being monitored and/or reviewed by someone other than the recipient as permitted and required by applicable investment adviser regulation.
